About The Position

As a Barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee can spark connection. You engage with customers, create meaningful moments, and contribute to a fast-paced store environment. You prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customize them to customer requests, while supporting the store’s operating standards. No previous experience is required. Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while following store operating policies and standards.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and customize orders as requested, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
