About The Position

As a Starbucks barista, you help create a warm and welcoming space where every cup of coffee sparks connection. You engage with customers, provide pleasant service, and create meaningful moments while preparing beverages and food to standard recipes or customized to customer preferences. The role is fast-paced and involves performing a variety of store tasks during each shift while following operating, safety, and security standards. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality beverages and food products while meeting store operating policies and standards.
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and communicate clearly and pleasantly.
• Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized customer requests, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or substitutions.
• Handle cash and follow store safety and security standards.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work collaboratively with the team and build relationships.
