About The Position
As a Barista in the retail trade industry, you will be the face of our coffee service, responsible for crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages that delight our customers. Requirements

- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment operation.

- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including washing utensils, cleaning machines, and restocking supplies.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
