About The Position

Superba Food + Bread is committed to chef and product driven food, warm hospitality, a craft bar, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, emphasizing technique and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. We are passionate about restaurants! We are looking for experienced and hospitable Baristas to join our team! The ideal candidate works well in a busy environment and understand the technique of creating delicious drinks.

Requirements

• At least one full year of barista experience on a manual machine
• A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience
• Flexible schedule and open availability

Responsibilities

• Creating delicious drinks
• Providing hospitable and accurate service
• Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation, and knowledge of our menu
• Addressing problems quickly and turning tough situations into positive outcomes
• Understanding and using technologies like POS Toast, Open Table, and Hot Schedules
