About The Position

Join the Levy team delivering premium coffee service at the iconic Australian Open. Be part of the action with duties extending into broader Food & Beverage service. Work at Melbourne Park during one of the world’s most exciting sporting events. As a Barista with Levy at the Australian Open, you’ll be delivering high-quality coffee experiences to fans, corporate guests and VIPs across a variety of outlets. While your primary focus will be on coffee, you may also support the broader Food & Beverage operation during busy periods, assisting with general service and hospitality duties.

Requirements

• Proven barista experience in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
• Understand coffee service standards and how to deliver a great guest experience
• Adaptable and happy to jump in to help with other Food & Beverage duties
• Team-focused, punctual, and presentable
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules
• Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (this must be a Victorian RSA, or you must have a bridging course certificate).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages quickly and consistently
• Operate commercial coffee machines with confidence and care, delivering friendly service to all guests with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Support front of house teams with general F&B tasks including food running, clearing, and basic service duties
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation in line with food safety and hygiene standards
• Work as part of a team to keep service flowing and guests happy
