About The Position

Responsible for the preparation and service of beverages, maintaining cleanliness and providing excellent customer service. This role requires adherence to store operating policies and standards, including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security. The Barista will engage with customers to understand and meet their needs through clear communication and will prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests. The position involves performing various tasks within the store during each shift.

• Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
• Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
