About The Position
Aroma Barista Bar is seeking a dependable, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. This position requires weekend and holiday availability and offers 24–32 hours per week, with additional hours available when covering employee vacations.
Requirements
- Candidates should be reliable, organized, and able to work efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Cashier and customer service duties
- Preparing espresso beverages, lattes, blended drinks, matcha beverages, smoothies, and teas
- Operating and maintaining espresso equipment
- Restocking supplies and maintaining inventory organization
- Cleaning and maintaining café and work areas
- Completing opening and closing responsibilities
- Supporting team operations in a fast-paced environment
