About The Position
The Barista at Alo's corporate headquarters supports the daily coffee experience for our executive team, employees, and guests. This is a craft role for someone who cares about quality, consistency, and creating a welcoming moment at the bar.
Requirements
- 2+ years of specialty coffee experience
- Strong technical skill on espresso and milk
- A service style that is friendly, professional, and steady under volume
- Comfort working in a corporate environment alongside senior leaders
- Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in the craft
- Latte art experience
- Manual brew proficiency
- Background at a respected specialty program
Responsibilities
- Daily service at the HQ coffee bar, including open, close, and flow
- Consistent, high-quality drinks across espresso, milk, and manual brew
- Cleanliness and care of equipment and the bar space
- Restocking and flagging inventory needs to the Lead Barista
- A warm, composed guest experience for everyone who comes to the bar
