Requirements

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Strong attention to detail
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (6–8 hours per shift with scheduled rest and meal breaks)
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Dependable professional who takes ownership of their role and cares about quality

Nice To Haves

Barista or café experience
Experience with opening or closing shifts
Familiarity with FIFO inventory practices

Responsibilities

Greet guests with warmth
Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, beverages, and food in accordance with food safety standards
Operate espresso machines, café equipment, and POS systems
Manage cash handling accurately
Keep both front- and back-of-house areas clean and organized
Restock supplies using FIFO standards
Stay attentive to detail
Complete a full espresso bar and kitchen cleaning at close
Properly secure equipment and deposits
Ensure the café is perfectly prepared for the next day
