Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one (1) year of related customer experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Ability to learn beverage preparation techniques and follow recipes.
• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous barista, café, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, POS systems, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including counters, machines, and seating areas.
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, and pastries.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning, inventory checks, and cash handling.
