As part of the Cafe Dune team, you’ll help bring this experience to life through thoughtfully crafted coffee, quality ingredients, and genuine connection. Every cup is prepared with care. The Barista is the foundation of the café. The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to interact with guests in a positive, hospitable manner.
- Must be able to use the cash register/collect money with accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred.
