About The Position

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and respond through clear and pleasant communication.
• Prepare beverages and food according to standard recipes or customer customizations, including changes to temperature, ingredient quantities, or ingredient substitutions.
• Follow store operating policies and standards for product quality, cash handling, and store safety and security.
• Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Work as part of a team and build relationships.
