About The Position

Responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products. Pay Rate: $16/hour, plus tips These duties may be described as, but not limited to: Greet customers in a pleasant and courteous manner. Use Register/POS system. Take money for purchases and give correct change. Assist with stocking coffee shop area. Assist with cleaning and maintaining area. Answer questions from customers on products. Support with answering telephone in a professional manner. Barista responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good grammar, voice, and diction.
  • Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, and helpful).
  • High school or equivalent education required.
  • One to two years in a customer service position.
