About The Position

As a Juicer at JOE & THE JUICE, you provide guest service and prepare food, juices, coffee, and similar items. You help keep the bar clean, welcoming, and ready for guests, and work with your teammates to meet the store’s needs. You report to the Store Manager. The role is part of a high-energy, people-centric café environment focused on positive attitudes, inclusion, social ties, and growth. Employees learn by doing and can develop through the company’s Moneyball career path.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, and squat.
• Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
• Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure they feel taken care of.
• Prepare juices, sandwiches, coffee, and similar items with care.
• Keep your station and the bar clean, welcoming, and ready for guests.
• Support teammates and help wherever needed to contribute to a successful shift.
• Maintain a positive mindset and contribute to a welcoming team environment.
