Barista/Shift Supervisor
About The Position
Daydreamer Coffee is seeking an experienced barista to join our team at a coffee cart concept located inside a leasing office for a student housing building called Rambler. This position involves providing coffee for future residents, their guests, and leasing office employees. The role requires self-sufficiency, responsibility, professionalism, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. The barista will be responsible for the entire operation of the coffee cart, including training on operation, maintenance, inventory, and ordering. This is a full-time position running until mid-May 2027.
Requirements
- Experienced barista.
- Self-sufficient.
- Responsible.
- Professional.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs.
- Enjoys talking to people and making their day better.
- 1 year of Barista experience (Required).
- 1 year of Hospitality experience (Required).
- Must be able to work 8:30 am- 3:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Must be able to work every day of the week.
Nice To Haves
- Management experience preferred.
