Barista/Shift Supervisor
About The Position
Daydreamer Coffee is seeking an experienced barista to join their team at a coffee cart concept located inside a leasing office for a student housing building called Rambler. The barista will be responsible for providing coffee to future residents, their guests, and leasing office employees. This position involves training in late June and will operate until mid-May 2027. The role utilizes high-quality equipment and resources to ensure an excellent customer experience. The job is full-time and operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with operating hours from 9 AM to 3 PM. The barista will be responsible for the entire operation of the coffee cart, including training on operation, maintenance, inventory, and ordering, provided by the company's headquarters in Austin, Texas. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient, responsible, and hard-working individual who can work independently. Management experience is preferred.

- 1 year of Hospitality experience
- Must be able to work 8:30 am- 3:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
- Must be able to work every day of the week to qualify for this role.
