Requirements

  • 18+ years old
  • 6+ months of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar food service environment
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
  • Ability to learn and master new recipes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some opening, closing, and weekend shifts

  • Drive-thru experience is a plus!
