Requirements

18+ years old
6+ months of leadership experience in a high-volume coffee shop or similar food service environment
Willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
Ability to learn and master new recipes
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some opening, closing, and weekend shifts

Drive-thru experience is a plus!
