Requirements
- Previous experience preparing coffee and specialty beverages, with knowledge of various brewing techniques and equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to established recipes and guest preferences.
- Provide friendly, personalized service by taking orders, answering questions, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Monitor and restock coffee supplies, pastries, and other café items to ensure consistent availability.
- Clean and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning and hygiene standards.
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
