Barista/Marketplace Attendant, Part Time
About The Position
The Barista/Marketplace Attendant is responsible for assisting guests with merchandise purchases, responding to questions about merchandise and hotel services, and greeting guests in a prompt and friendly manner. This role also involves handling cash, processing refunds, exchanges, and credit card/room charges. Daily shift deposits, reports, and opening/closing duties are part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the attendant will assist with gift shop inventory by stocking items and maintaining the cleanliness of the Surf Hero Marketplace by straightening items and dusting.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of hospitality and/or retail experience.
- Professional phone etiquette, POS experience.
- Well organized, detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly desired.
