About The Position

Paradis Montrose is hiring a friendly, responsible team member to prepare and serve ice cream, beverages, and other products while providing excellent customer service. Duties include making ice cream in the morning, serving customers after opening, scooping ice cream, making milkshakes and espresso-based coffee drinks, handling cash transactions, and keeping the store clean and well presented. The role also involves receiving and maintaining inventory, restocking freezers and supplies, and following food safety and other company guidelines.

The position requires working on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment and in both hot and cold conditions. Part-time hours are available during the school year, with the possibility of full-time hours in the summer. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient, friendly, and exceptional customer service.
• Explain product details and demonstrate knowledge of the ice cream offerings.
• Prepare customer orders accurately according to company guidelines.
• Calculate totals, process cash and debit/credit payments, and provide accurate change.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages.
• Produce ice cream, shakes, coffee, and other Paradis products when applicable.
• Restock ice cream, supplies, and merchandise as needed.
• Receive and maintain inventory.
• Keep the store clean and enhance the appearance of the retail store.
• Follow company policies, procedures, safety guidelines, and food safety regulations.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.
