About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, reliable and enthusiastic Barista for our busy coffee shop team. The position pays $15-17.50 / hour, based on experience and we will train the right team members who are eager to develop their skills. Previous experience as a barista in a high-volume environment and candidates who possess a can-do mentality are required for this role. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can collaborate effectively with the current onsite team, and demonstrates a positive work ethic as well as a commitment to dependability. The position shift is generally 11 am – 6:30 pm, Monday – Thursday and the operation runs 7 days a week. Reliability, a willingness to learn and work in a team-first environment is essential for success in this role.
