Nice To Haves

• Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience
• 1-2 years cash handling experience
• Previous food service experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to company standards
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
• Provide a welcoming and positive experience for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including counters, equipment, and seating areas
• Restock supplies such as cups, lids, syrups, and food items as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to all Inns of Aurora disciplinary policies and code of conduct, as outlined in the Inns of Aurora handbook.
