About The Position

Pinkbox Doughnuts is looking for high-energy, people-loving team members to join their team in Sandy, UT. As a Doughnut Dealer, you will be the friendly face of the shop, greeting guests, assisting them with their selections, processing transactions, and maintaining the shop's appearance. Teamwork is essential, and you will be expected to help out wherever needed. Pinkbox Doughnuts is known for its bold, colorful, made-from-scratch doughnuts with over 70 flavors daily and a rotating coffee menu. They have been voted "Best Doughnuts in Vegas" multiple times and have a strong following.

Requirements

1+ year of customer service or food service experience preferred
A positive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and help with doughnut decorating
Must have a Food Handler’s Card
Must be legally authorized to work per State and Federal guidelines
Standing and walking for the duration of each shift
Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 25 lbs.
Constant face-to-face guest interaction (you’re the star)
Ability to multitask, stay upbeat, and work efficiently during rushes
Must comply with uniform and hygiene standards

Responsibilities

Greet every guest with good vibes + big energy as soon as they walk in
Help guests choose flavors and recommend combos (aka suggestive selling)
Know our doughnuts inside and out — flavors, ingredients, and what’s hot today
Handle cash + card transactions accurately and confidently
Maintain a balanced drawer and follow all cash-handling procedures
Keep your work area clean, sanitized, and ready for action
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas during your shift
Support daily operations with any additional tasks assigned by management
Assist with doughnut decorating when the front is slow
