Whether you’re pulling espresso shots, preparing grab‑and‑go items, or engaging guests in friendly conversation, you bring comfort and consistency to every shift.

Requirements

  • A people‑person who enjoys creating warm, memorable moments for guests.
  • Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced café environment.
  • Comfortable operating espresso equipment (training provided).
  • Confident handling money and using POS systems.
  • A clear communicator—friendly, patient, and attentive.
  • Able to stand for long periods and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Comfortable working independently while being a strong part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hospitality, retail, or guest service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare high‑quality beverages including coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and specialty items following recipes and brand standards.
  • Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and create a welcoming café environment.
  • Operate the POS system to process payments, room charges, and mobile or to‑go orders with accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including equipment, counters, condiment stations, and seating areas.
  • Restock inventory such as syrups, coffee beans, milk, pastries, and paper goods throughout the shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow baristas, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with opening, mid‑shift, and closing duties as assigned.
  • Support café flow by preparing grab‑and‑go items, assisting with light food prep, or helping guests with questions or recommendations.
  • Uphold all company and brand standards related to guest service, safety, and financial procedures.
