The shop welcomes walk-in guests and those who prefer online check-in via their website or mobile app. Guests can spend their waiting time as they wish, such as watching the game, browsing products, or taking a walk, and will be notified when it's their turn. The mission is to ensure every guest leaves feeling and looking their best, believing that a happy team leads to overall happiness.
Requirements
- Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist-Barber in the State of Utah
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- In-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility for shift work
Nice To Haves
- Training is available for straight razor shaves if not already skilled
Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and conducting thorough consultations
- Providing expert recommendations based on face shapes and preferences
- Demonstrating strong technical skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, and texturizing
- Performing back-of-neck and straight razor shaves (training is available)
- Maintaining grooming stations and sterilizing tools in compliance with Utah sanitation regulations
- Maximizing retail opportunities through effective chair education
- Building lasting relationships with loyal customers
