Requirements

Must have a valid barber license.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Ability to provide exceptional guest service.
Ability to understand guest needs.
Ability to perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
Ability to complete transactions on the computerized register.
Ability to perform close-out procedures.
Ability to perform light housekeeping duties.
Ability to observe guest's hair, including close vision, color vision and ability to adjust focus.
Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest's needs and wants.

Responsibilities

Provide professional salon services, including haircuts, color, highlights, and waxing.
Perform administrative tasks such as completing transactions on a computerized register and performing close-out procedures.
Maintain light housekeeping duties.
Communicate effectively with guests regarding services, needs, and wants.
Conduct quality consultations with guests to understand their needs.
Perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
