Requirements

• Certified Journeyman Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing an Apprenticeship.
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
• Adaptability to a Fast-paced Environment.
• In-depth Industry Knowledge and Trend Awareness.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Flexibility for Shift Work.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional barbering and hairstyling services to clients.
• Ensure every guest has a positive experience and leaves looking and feeling their best.
• Maintain a high level of customer service, going above and beyond for each guest.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Stay current with industry knowledge and trends.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Be flexible with shift work.
