About The Position

We are seeking skilled and certified Barbers or Hairstylists to join our respected team at our Headon Forest and/or Appleby Village locations in Burlington. With over 100 global locations, we offer a consistent flow of clientele and a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements

Trained Journeyman-certified Barber or Hair Stylist, or in the process of completing an Apprenticeship.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
Adaptability to a Fast-paced Environment.
In-depth Industry Knowledge and Trend Awareness.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Flexibility for Shift Work.
Minimum 4 years experience as a Barber (for hiring bonus eligibility).

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional barbering and hairstyling services to guests.
Ensure every guest walks away feeling and looking their best.
Maintain a high level of customer service, going above and beyond for every guest.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Stay current with in-depth industry knowledge and trend awareness.
Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
Be flexible for shift work.
