Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo.
• Ability to move kegs with a teammate.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Availability to work weekends, closing shifts, and private events.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders by anticipating needs such as ice, fruit, and glassware.
• Learn the mechanics of the bar, including changing kegs, cleaning draft lines, organizing the cooler, and cutting fruit to par.
• Stock beer and wine, wash glassware, and manage trash.
• Maintain a clean bar environment by wiping down the bar top, spraying mats, and keeping service areas spotless.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, and linens for private parties.
