About The Position
You'll support bartenders and servers by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and running efficiently to ensure fast and professional beverage service.
Requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and good organization
- Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Stock liquor, beer, wine, glassware, ice, and bar supplies
- Keep the bar and service areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist bartenders and servers as needed during service
- Collect and return dirty glasses and dishes
- Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low
- Attend shift meetings and follow company procedures
