About The Position

Flyspace Productions is hiring energetic, customer-focused Bar Servers to support beverage operations during PicklesBurgh 2026, one of Pittsburgh's largest and most popular summer festivals. This is a temporary, event-based position running July 16–19, 2026, ideal for hospitality professionals, bartenders, servers, students, or anyone looking to earn extra income while working in a fun, fast-paced festival environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Comfortable handling credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy festival environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry 25+ pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Closed-toe shoes are required at all times
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending, beverage service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• RAMP Certification preferred but not required
• Applicants do not need to be available for all four days, though broader availability is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serving beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Pouring draft beverages and preparing simple mixed drinks
• Processing credit card transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional bar area
• Restocking beverages and supplies throughout shifts
• Assisting with event setup, breakdown, and daily maintenance
• Following all responsible alcohol service and safety procedures

Benefits

• $15.00 per hour
• Tips may be earned but are not guaranteed
• Non-exempt, overtime-eligible position
