JOB SUMMARY The incumbent in this position is responsible for providing bar supplies as needed and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area and maintaining exceptional guest service standards. Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age.
- These skills and abilities are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience.

Responsibilities
- Set up bars for operation; cuts fruit; stocks ice; empties garbage.
- Support bartenders' needs and maintains the bar stock.
- Maintain a well-groomed neat and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation safety.
- Report any maintenance problems to Operations Supervisor.
- Work in assigned location and shift according to department needs.
- Maintain par levels and orders bar supplies; delivers orders.
- Sort bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.
- Maintain bar cleanliness in accordance with health department standards.
- Assist cocktail servers with clearing glassware and clutter from tables and slots.
- Assist other departments as assigned.
