About The Position
The Gulf on Okaloosa Island is seeking a dynamic individual to oversee all aspects of bar operations, ensuring the Company's standards of quality, service, and operations are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a history of high-volume bar excellence, proficiency in inventory and control standards, and be proactive in product ordering. A natural inclination towards hospitality and service, coupled with a strong work ethic, is essential.
Requirements
- High-volume bar excellence.
- Proficiency in inventory and control standards.
- Proactive and reactive in proper product ordering in a high-volume operation.
- Strong proven work ethic.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, drinks, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Availability to work late nights, holidays, and long shifts as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Oversees all aspects of bar operations.
