About The Position
The Arbour is an upcoming private members' club opening in St. George's Bat, Malta in October 2026. Developed by db Group with industry expert Jamie Caring, it aims to offer seasonal Mediterranean cuisine, a cocktail lab, cultural programming, and a community space for the island. As part of our team at Lifestyle Group, you’ll assist in delivering exceptional service at some of Malta’s most iconic and diverse restaurant brands, several of which are featured in the Michelin Guide. Our momentum is only growing, positioning us as one of the island’s leading destinations for career growth in the hospitality sector. Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume restaurant operating within the same cuisine
- A natural team player who is at home working in sync with a large team
- Naturally friendly, customer-oriented, and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences
