About The Position

K5 Hospitality, an award-winning restaurant group in Atlanta, is seeking a passionate and experienced Bar Manager to lead beverage programs across its three upscale restaurants. The role offers the opportunity to create innovative cocktail menus, curate wine lists, and oversee beverage operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in an upscale restaurant as a Beverage Director, Bar Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to train, motivate, and develop a team.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative, high-end cocktail and wine programs tailored to each restaurant’s concept.
• Oversee beverage purchasing, inventory management, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Train and mentor bar teams to ensure consistency, quality, and excellent service.
• Collaborate with chefs and management to create pairings that enhance the dining experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the beverage program.
• Ensure compliance with local liquor laws, health regulations, and company policies.
