About The Position

Highball Social Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager focused on its bar program to join the opening team of a new restaurant concept. Reporting to the General Manager, the role is responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. The manager will hire, train, and lead staff to uphold the restaurant’s standards, while helping create a culture of genuine hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous restaurant management experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, and POS software.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term goals for the restaurant.
• Hire, train, and manage employees, and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service.
• Create and maintain a food and beverage budget.
• Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations.
• Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management.
• Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events.
• Build a culture of genuine hospitality.
• Oversee the bar program.
