Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of bar or nightlife leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
  • Deep knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and evolving beverage trends
  • Lead with confidence, energy, and a hands-on approach
  • Thrive in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail
  • Inspire teams through coaching, communication, and recognition
  • Flexible and energized by nights, weekends, and high-impact events

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations across all outlets, ensuring seamless, high-level execution
  • Set the standard for luxury service, beverage quality, and guest engagement
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor, driving energy and connection
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing bar team
  • Coach with intention, building skills, accountability, and confidence
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and recognition
  • Manage inventory, cost controls, and financial performance
  • Partner on menu development, cocktail innovation, and seasonal programming
  • Execute promotions and activations that elevate the guest experience and drive revenue
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and style
  • Ensure consistency in service, presentation, and brand standards
  • Create an environment where every guest feels like a VIP
  • Uphold all health, safety, and alcohol service standards
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
  • Keep operations polished, efficient, and always guest-ready
