Prepares and serves drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation, Wildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assigned outlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment. Responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is responsible for any cash variances. Ensure that the bar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.
