About The Position
This position is responsible for maintaining the bar areas, and equipment and assisting in the service of food and beverage to guests in a high-paced environment at Devon Seafood + Steak. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must complete RAMP certification training
- Must be able to abide by all state and federal liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for setup, and service of bar and storage areas.
- Respond to guests’ needs by answering questions pertaining to wine, liquor, and cocktail menus.
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of the bar area including counters, floors, refrigerators, and removal of trash.
- Monitor shelves and coolers to ensure proper stocking of beer, wine, liquor, and other beverages.
- Assist servers and bartenders with duties such as mixing drinks, serving guests, detailing, and breakdown of the bar area.
- Assist with the inventory process on a monthly basis.
- Assist with filling and delivering requisitioned products and equipment.
- Restock the bar area with clean glasses and other accessories.
- Assist the manager with liquor pick-ups as well as the ordering process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
