About The Position

At Archie’s, our bar is where the story begins. Whether it’s a bourbon milkshake or a round of lagers, we serve it up loud and proud. As a Barback, you're the bar team's behind-the-scenes MVP. You keep the energy high, the fridges full, and the night rolling smoothly.

Requirements

• Flexibility to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Smart Serve Certification
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with restocking, cleaning, and prepping.
• Keep bar stations clean and organized for fast-paced service.
• Help serve drinks during peak periods.
• Ensure bar areas are safe, stocked, and Instagram-ready.
• Comply with all Archive standards, policies and procedures at all times.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
