This role supports precise execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), collaborative teamwork, and attentive guest service to ensure successful meetings, celebrations, and special events.

Requirements

Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow detailed event instructions accurately
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Execute banquet and event service in strict accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
Set up, break down, and reset event spaces to specification and brand standards
Provide polished, attentive guest service throughout events
Coordinate service timing with culinary, beverage, and operations teams
Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and event equipment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues
Comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements
Support service recovery and guest issue resolution as needed
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and accountability in all decisions and interactions
