About The Position

This position is for a Banquets Bartender at Brasada Ranch, an award-winning hospitality team located in Central Oregon amidst 1800 acres of natural beauty and panoramic views of the Cascade Peaks. The role is integral to special events, particularly weddings, which Brasada is known for hosting. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering extraordinary guest experiences. The role requires a high level of service, attention to detail, and flawless execution for various events, from setup to close and preparation for subsequent events. The team is described as the heart and soul of Brasada Ranch, contributing to its recognition as Conde Nast Traveler's Best Resort in the Pacific Northwest.

Requirements

• Excellent oral communication skills
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally lifts/carries up to 100 lbs
• Ability to obtain Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire (cost eligible for reimbursement)
• OLCC Certification
