About The Position

We are seeking a Banquet Supervisor who enjoys leading teams, supporting memorable gatherings, and delivering thoughtful, polished service to our members and guests. Position Summary The Banquet Supervisor oversees the successful execution of club events from setup through service and breakdown, ensuring alignment with Banquet Event Orders and member expectations. This role also provides supervisory support within dining outlets as needed, making it a dynamic leadership position within the Food & Beverage team.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience required
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Alcohol service certification required
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
- Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced service environment
- Food safety certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee banquet event setup, service, and breakdown
- Ensure spaces are prepared according to Banquet Event Orders and event details
- Serve as the on-site contact for hosts during events
- Supervise banquet staff and support team performance
- Monitor service quality, presentation, and guest experience
- Collaborate with culinary and operations teams for seamless execution
- Support Restaurant Outlets Manager during busy service periods as needed
- Maintain compliance with service, safety, and club standards
