Key tasks include using cleaning chemicals in the 3-compartment sink, inspecting and stacking cleaned items, sending soiled items back for re-washing, and sorting/washing silverware. The position also requires breaking down dirty bus tubs, emptying and maintaining trashcans and the dumpster area, and cleaning/mopping assigned departments. Additionally, the steward will dispose of glass in proper containers, break down cardboard boxes, and place recyclables in the recycle bin.
