Requirements
- Two or more years of supervisory experience
- Past Housekeeping or related work experience
- Strong oral and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a team player attitude to ensure an efficient property operation
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
Responsibilities
- Assists in preparing for banquet events at Brookfield Conference Center.
- Physically demanding, requiring you to be able to lift, push, pull tables, chairs, and other items ensuring an outstanding banquet space presentation adhering to the requested layout.
- Set up tables and chairs for banquets, catering events and meetings while ensuring a clean, professional, and attractive presentation of banquet spaces.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness throughout the food and beverage department.
- Review and implement catering function agreements to ensure the highest standards of service and product are offered.
