About The Position

The Banquet Setup Attendant is responsible for setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders and maintaining high cleanliness standards. This role involves refreshing event spaces throughout the day, transporting supplies and materials, supporting food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, and providing excellent guest service by anticipating needs and resolving issues. The position requires strength, stamina, attention to detail, clear communication, flexibility with scheduling (including nights, weekends, and holidays), and a team-first attitude.

Requirements

  • Strength and stamina – You’ll lift and move up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet most of the shift.
  • Attention to detail – Because “almost right” doesn’t cut it for event perfection.
  • Clear communicator – You follow instructions and work well with your team (and yes, the kitchen too).
  • Flexible schedule – Nights, weekends, and holidays are when the magic happens.
  • Team-first attitude – Big events take a village, and you love being part of the action.

  • Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
  • Be the friendly face guests remember—anticipating needs and solving small issues with a big smile.
