This role involves setting up and breaking down meeting and banquet rooms according to event orders, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and ensuring event spaces are refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day. The position also supports food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables, transporting supplies, and acting as a friendly point of contact for guests, anticipating needs and resolving issues.

Requirements

Strength and stamina to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to be on your feet most of the shift.
Attention to detail.
Clear communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work well with the team.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down meeting and banquet rooms based on event orders and high cleanliness standards.
Keep event spaces refreshed and guest-ready throughout the day.
Help transport supplies and materials such as boxes, programs, or décor.
Support food and beverage service by bussing and resetting tables as needed.
Anticipate guest needs and solve small issues with a positive attitude.
