Requirements

You are 16 years or older
Have refined verbal and written communication skills
You are able to keep up with a fast paced environment
You are able to carry tray to shoulder weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance
You are able to stand and/or walk entire shift
You are available nights and weekends
U.S. Work Authorization (required)

Responsibilities

Set up all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment for banquet space following set-up diagrams provided.
Maintain proper uniform; clean and free of excessive wrinkles
Properly set up banquet room(s) as instructed
Follow health and safety practices at all times
Respond promptly to any guest request
Maintain clear and open communication between all staff for overall event success
During set up, maintain all work areas including any side work duties for overall productivity and success of the event
Once banquet is complete all tables/chairs, table skirting and AV equipment to put back in storage and re-set for next event according to directions on BEO or given by manager
Work areas must be cleaned and wiped down and all side duties must be completed before punching out for your shift
