Requirements

Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
1+ years of prior relevant experience in a fast paced, high-volume banquet set up and porter experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Set banquet rooms as per diagrams and BEOs.
Inspect rooms to make sure rooms are clean before and after functions.
Ensure set-up is correct according to specifications on the floor plan and ready 30 minutes prior to start time of event.
Place signs and refresh meeting rooms.
Clean and dismantle room set-ups.
Keep storage areas in proper order.
Gather all equipment needed for designated set up.
Performs other job-related duties as requested
