About The Position

The Banquet Set-Up Attendant prepares banquet spaces for events and helps deliver memorable guest experiences through friendly, proactive hospitality. The role involves arranging tables and chairs according to function requirements, cleaning and preparing banquet rooms, and monitoring the space to address spills, discarded service items, and other issues promptly. The position is part-time at Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and look for ways to make their experience special.
• Set up tables and chairs according to the requirements for each function.
• Clean and prepare banquet rooms, ensuring walls and surfaces are spotless.
• Keep the banquet area clean and promptly address spills, discarded service items, and other issues.
